RAM Certification

ABO has been in the forefront of apartment manager certification and training for decades. In 2009, ABO created National Associated Builders and Owners, Inc., to take over operation of the Registered in Apartment Management (RAM), Advanced RAM, and Certified Leasing Professional programs from the National Association of Homebuilders. NABO assumed management of the programs from NAHB in order to focus exclusively on the issues of multifamily management.

 

NABO is managed by a national Board of Governors made up of leaders in the multifamily management industry — professionals who recognize the need for standards and training to meet the ever more sophisticated and complicated challenges of operating residential housing.
